Charles Baxter began his photographic career in 1991 out of his love for photography, which had been a hobby for many years, and a respect for the importance of photographs in each family's history. He is a member of Professional Photographers of America and Texas Professional Photographers' Association.

Charles is assisted by his wife and business partner Joyce Baxter, whose talents are in photo and set design, photo enhancement and office management. The studio complete with camera and conference rooms and an outdoor photo garden, is located in Argyle, Texas, an easy drive from the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
